(Where it sits)

It is thin on health (99th of 117) and armor (94th of 117), which is what a build has to answer for.

It ships with 3 polarities already installed, plus Madurai on the aura slot, so that much of the board costs no forma.

  1. 01

    Shock 15 energy Subsumable

Launch a voltaic projectile that stuns and damages its target. A chain of electricity extends from the target to shock nearby enemies.

    Augment: Shock Trooper

  2. 02

    Speed 25 energy

Embody an electric current. Volt and his allies receive a brief movement speed boost and a reload speed buff.

    Augment: Shocking Speed

  3. 03

    Electric Shield 50 energy

Volt deploys an electric shield that blocks enemy fire and adds Electricity Damage to projectiles. HOLD to equip the shield for mobile cover.

Augments: Recharge Barrier , Transistor Shield

  4. 04

    Discharge 100 energy

Volt discharges the electricity that courses through him. The shockwave paralyzes and damages nearby enemies. Enemies on the edge of the shockwave are stunned.

    Augment: Capacitance

Costs are base figures, before efficiency.

(Acquisition)

Volt Prime comes out of Void relics — 16 of them across its 4 parts. It is in the Vault: those relics no longer drop, so the only routes left are a player who already holds them and the occasional unvaulting.

Build time assumes the 3 components build at the same time in separate foundry slots — 12 hours for the slowest, then 3 days for the frame itself. One slot at a time comes to 4 days 12 hours.

The arcanes above are not in these figures — every one of them is conditional or derived from another stat, and the engine refuses to average a trigger.

1 of the 5 shards are not in these figures either: they are conditional on kills, or name a stat this engine does not carry.

Volt’s problem is never damage, it is staying alive long enough to use it. Transient Fortitude and Umbral Intensify carry Shock and Discharge; Primed Continuity keeps Speed running between rooms rather than between corridors.

Stretch is here for Electric Shield, not for Discharge — a shield nobody can stand behind is a wasted cast. Adaptation covers the thin armour the stats above already flag.

Volt Prime ships with one Naramon and two Madurai slots, which this board uses as they come. Everything else is forma: the Umbra slot, three more Naramon, one Vazarin, the exilus, and the aura moved off Madurai onto Naramon. That is a fully built frame, not a first one.
